Unlike all the other reviews on this site, the review for Lou Vukas will not be broken down by categories. The reason is simple - there is little point.
Lou Vukas sold his real estate e-book "Real Estate Uncovered" to ForeclosureWorld.net, one of the most prolific spammers on the Internet. Buy anything from Lou Vukas or "associates" and get spammed heavily - as many as 20/day. And the material in Lou Vukas' book is generic (found in any library or free on the 'Net), and filled with misspellings. It appears that he might have put his book together by piecing together the free information that anyone can access on the Internet or at their local library. Lou Vukas is now offering a new program that revolves around tax liens and deeds. We do not feel that his credibility has improved since his first attempt at selling a real estate program, and this new effort cannot compare to the free tax lien program offered here as part of a more complete program.
We have been unable to locate anyone who has made any money from his material. In fact, we have been unable to locate anyone who is even satisfied with the material they received from Lou Vukas or his associates.
We can tell you, however, that the Better Business Bureau does not show Lou Vukas to have a bad history with them.
